The Open 3D Foundation Governing Board is responsible for the overall management of the Directed Fund. The governing board directs the budget; oversees all business and community matters; adopts and maintains policies, rules, and procedures; and establishes advisory bodies, committees, programs, or councils to resolve any particular matter.

Sidharth has worked in the gaming space for around 18 years. Most of this experience has been as a senior engineer in rendering tech stack. He started his career with Electronic Arts where he worked on shipping various games like Fifa, Madden, NCAA, NBA, Tiger Woods Golf, EA Sports UFC, Grand Slam Tennis, and EA Sports Active across mobile, console, and steam platforms. Since then he has been with Amazon working on Lumberyard initially and then transitioned to working on the Open 3d engine. He was instrumental in developing O3de’s renderer (i.e. Atom) from scratch and has transitioned to managing the O3DE team within Amazon.
